APPLICATION

This is not a competitive application. Your application will help us determine your suitability for our program - your willingness and ability to invest the time, energy, and resources necessary to achieve rapid and sustainable success. GO HERE TO APPLY.

ENROLLMENT

After a favorable interview, you will sign a contract, make your investment (based on revenue, financing available), and be enrolled in the tier that corresponds to your stage of business.

ORIENTATION and THE CENTER

You'll come visit the center (distance participants excepted) for a tour of our facility, an introduction to your community of like-minded female entrepreneurs, and an orientation of the entire program, both the in-person co-working and coaching opportunities and the online and virtual components.

THREE-HOUR INTENSIVE

At this visit or shortly thereafter, you will start with your intensive. Working with our leadership one-on-one in person (virtual is also available if necessary), we take a deep dive into where you are now and where you want to go. Then, we work backwards to create a process and blueprint, complete with goals, objectives, and actionable tasks to move you from today to tomorrow, day in and day out.

ONLINE ACCELERATOR

You'll create an account in our online accelerator, where you (and we!) will monitor your daily action plans, track your metrics, conduct weekly check-ins, and request appointments with your coaches and mentors. 

The FOCUS FRAMEWORK

This is not a course - this is a process you will work through online and in your workbooks. You will implement the Lean Startup Model through this dynamic action plan to ensure that your idea/product/service finds its ideal market fit, positions you for funding if needed, and generates revenue quickly. With our guidance, you'll execute the strategies and implement the exercises in five workbooks, ideally over the course of 90 days:

  • Workbook 1: Finding Early Adopters - idea generation, scaling segments, talking to people, effective interviewing
  • Workbook 2: Offer Testing - interview analysis, problem synthesis, solution ideation, offer design and experiment, success metrics, failure protocol, offer validation
  • Workbook 3: Currency Testing - currency ladder and calculator, currency experiment design, increasing conversion rates, pre-selling, science of pricing, price testing, price validation
  • Workbook 4: Utility Testing - utility testing vs MVP, how to build a test, metrics, design, increasing customer lifetime value, increasing viral coefficient, utility validation 
  • Workbook 5: Scaling - building a development team, scaling solutions, scaling channels, scaling segments

All of this includes getting out of your house, out of the accelerator, and into places where you can test, iterate, and pivot. This process (or parts of it) is repeatable every quarter as you continue to scale, with our guidance and support. You'll develop 10- and 30- second pitches, learn how to solicit meaningful feedback, focus on what matters, refine sales conversations, create pitch decks and deliver outstanding presentations

DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY AND PROGRESS

We stay on you, and so do your fellow entrepreneurs. Every day you'll track your progress, see where you need to pivot, and make the necessary adjustments to stay on track. Every week, you'll check in not once, but twice - once with one or both of your leadership coaches, and once to report to the entire community. Not only does this hold you accountable for reaching your goals, but it helps you get feedback from objective people who care about your success, and helps you make much faster progress than you could ever make all on your own.

MARKETPLACE RESOURCES

One of the factors that stops entrepreneurs from achieving success is having to spend an inordinate amount of time setting up their business. Not knowing who and where to find the resources, and if they find them, not knowing if they can trust them. Figuring all of this out is a major distraction. Like headphones that help you focus, we take away all that noise; members will have access to vetted and affordable resources and expert professionals partnering with the accelerator. These include legal services, bookkeeping and accounting, human resources, sales and marketing, manufacturing and distribution, etc. Which means you are empowered to focus on just one thing: getting your product or service to market. 

MARKETING AND SALES

No one gets into business because they like sales and marketing. (Unless that's their business.) We work closely with you to develop a strategy that carefully crafts your positioning, your messaging, and the platforms you use to let your ideal prospects know about and find you, then help you have the kinds of conversations that turn your ideal prospects into ideal clients who generate consistent revenue and profits.

FUNDING

No, we don't give you money. What we do is get you ready to ask the right people for it, if that winds up being the best thing for you to do. Once you've gone through the cycle of customer discovery and product-market fit, we'll work with you to develop an outstanding and succinct pitch - then put you in front of the right people to listen and consider your ask. We'll also steer you away from funding if you don't need it, even as we drive you TOWARD revenue.

BUILDING SYSTEMS AND SCALING OPERATIONS

This is where so many businesses come to the crossroad of success or failure. When you have mastered the Focus Framework, marketing, and sales, you often find your business is positioned to grow. And if you don't grow, you die. So... how do you handle your success? How do you manage scaling such that you don't get too far ahead of yourself? Systems and processes here are critical - and we walk you through them step-by-step to make sure you put the right pieces in place, at the right time, for ongoing growth and success.

ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET

Throughout, we will weave in seminars, round-tables, and individual coaching on the mindset issues that threaten every entrepreneur's success, and especially those that apply particularly to women: persistence in the face of challenges, self-doubt, emotional attachments, imposter syndrome, failure, overwhelm, money, the cycle of quitting, and much, much more.

EXIT STRATEGIES

Not all businesses plan an exit strategy that leads to the high priced sale of their business. (Of course, most don't.) But there is typically somewhere you want to go. Whether it's exit through a sale or some other predetermined goal, we walk you through this critically important phase, developing a strategy and then helping you execute it. Remember, we are right beside you in EVERY stage of your business, from ideation to exit. And even beyond.
